Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — A Johnstown man who admitted to stealing over $30,000 worth of narcotics from a local pharmacy was sentenced this week. Officials say Matthew Miller appeared in court on Tuesday where he was sentenced to serve 18 to 36 months in the Cambria County Prison. Miller pleaded guilty to one felony count of obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation in December. CENTRE COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities say a Centre County man is behind bars after police allegedly found dozens of child pornography files on his phone. In late March, police began investigating 28-year-old William Welsh after a witness disclosed an alleged sexual assault. According to the affidavit, Welsh reportedly told the witness that he had sexually abused a 2-year-old boy whom he was babysitting.
