MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — Police are investigating after two "abnormally skinny" children were found knocking on a South Carolina door this week, an incident report states.
Officers said they responded to the 6300 block of Bay Road in Myrtle Beach around 12:30 a.m. on Monday in reference to abandoned children.
When police arrived on scene, a woman told them that she heard knocking on the building's door before seeing two children at the window.

Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Cambria County say an Upper Yoder Township woman died Tuesday after drowning in her hot tub.
Cambria County coroner Jeff Lees identified the woman as 71-year-old Kate Blake.
Lees says Blake was reportedly found face down in the hot tub at her home along Menoher Blvd., and was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say Blake reportedly fell into the hot tub and drowned.

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa — Concern is growing in Centre County after several reported sightings of a fox in Ferguson Township.
The fox has been spotted near West College Avenue between Blue Course Drive and Corl Street.
"We've received several calls from folks throughout Ferguson Township about some foxes that have been sighted that appear to be injured and or sick," said Pennsylvania Game Warden Mike

The Pat Catan's craft center in DuBois will become a new Michael's store by late summer.
A spokesman for the company says the DuBois store is one of 12 Pat Catan's locations that will rebrand and reopen as Michael’s.
The store opened in August of 2017.
The company says they expect the store to begin the conversion process around June 22 and will reopen as Michael’s by late August.

According to a report from ESPN, former Major League Baseball player Juan Encarnacion has been accused of sexually assaulting his daughter.
Authorities with the attorney general's office in the Dominican Republic reportedly told ESPN that Encarnacion assaulted his daughter in May while she was sleeping.
Investigators told reporters that Encarnacion has since been taken into custody and a preliminary hearing was held Saturday.
Dominican law prohibits Encarnacion from being released on bail.
